Green Family Update

Once again, here I am to update after some time of not keeping up here and I do hope to start keeping up....spring is here although it still feels chilly most of the time...the weather is the complete opposite here as it was in the valley of the sun.

The berries are blooming, the garden is starting to grow and I look forward to completely waking up from winter hibernation the season being in full swing!

pictures and posts soon to come!

green blessings,
Sarah

Hi Sarah, My husband and I live in Maricopa County - but just outside the Valley. We are planning to move to northern MI in 2 years for much the same reason you left here - to grow our own food, experience real seasons again, water and green. I am a MI native and my husband is originally from NJ so we know what it's like but it has been a long time since either of us lived in that type of climate. I'm wondering how you have dealt with and are dealing with such a tremendous - 180 degree - change. How do you handle the gray, the wet, the cold?
