T Boone Pickens has a plan. It is bold. It is audacious. And since it is making people on both sides of the argument equally unhappy (for different reasons), it is probably right on the mark.

Myself, I have two questions about The Plan:
- Wind is 100% renewable and 100% domestic, but it's not 100% reliable. Help me understand what happens when the wind does not blow.
- How are we going to acquire the rights to put all those turbines on all that land between Texas and Canada?
