Pay-Out Schedule
Commissions are paid on all products and services sold from www.YourGuideToGreen.com and we require a minimum of $50 (USD) in commissions to your account before we will distribute a payout. All of your commissions will be accrued until this minimum commission level is achieved.
Commissions will accrue immediately after a purchase is made, but will be paid to you the month following. Payments are issued between the 15th and 20th of the month for the previous month's sales. All commissions are subject to the customer paying and not seeking to get a refund. Payments will be made into a designated PayPal account.
Refunds
If an Affiliate referred customer requests a refund and commission payment has already been provided to the Affiliate, we will deduct any monies (commission) paid to the Affiliate from any outstanding or future earned commission.
Limits
YourGuideToGreen provides you with a number of marketing and promotions tools and tips, including affiliate links, logos, articles and more.
You may not use the link in any of these ways:
- Violate any state, federal or foreign laws or regulations.
- SPAM EMAIL SOLICITATIONS: Your affiliate accounts will be suspended if SPAM occurs!
- Infringe on any intellectual property rights.
- Use defamatory, slanderous, trade libelous, discriminatory, threatening or harassing language.
- Represent Your Guide to Green in any capacity other than as a sales/marketing affiliate.
Affiliate Agreement
This Reseller Agreement (the “Agreement”) contains the complete terms and conditions which govern your participation in the YourGuideToGreen Affiliate program. YourGuideToGreen reserves the right to change this information, affiliate terms and payment policies at any time.
1. Cost
There is no cost to join or participate in our affiliate program.
2. Commission
An 10% commission will be paid by YourGuideToGreen to the Affiliate on all purchases made by that visitor during the tracking period.
3. Approval
Approval is pending within two weeks of your submission of the sign up form and your agreement to these conditions. We may reject your application if we determine (in our sole discretion) that your web site or sales practices are unsuitable for our affiliate program, if you misrepresent our company, or if you violate these terms and conditions. We may rescind your affiliate status after approval for the same reasons.
4. Referral Tracking:
We use web tracking cookies to insure that if your referral leaves the site and then returns to make a purchase, that you still make the commission from that referral.
Affiliates will not be permitted to purchase products under their own referral ID in order to receive commissions or bonuses on them.
Referral tracking will be held for 90 days. If the customer clicks through on your link and makes a purchase within 90 days you will receive credit for that sales.
In order for you to get paid on a sale, the referral MUST click through from your affiliate link or banner. The code MUST be the exact code generated by YourGuideToGreen.com. That is the only way we can track your commission.

You may not use any of these resources provided to you by YourGuideToGreen in a manner that is defamatory, misleading, libelous, obscene or otherwise potentially damaging to our reputation or cause.
You must not use your affiliate relationship with YourGuideToGreen in any of these ways:
- Violate any state, federal or foreign laws or regulations.
- SEND SPAM EMAIL SOLICITATIONS: Your affiliate account will be immediately suspended if you do this.
- Infringe on any intellectual property rights.
- Use inflammatory, slanderous, trade libelous, discriminatory, threatening or harassing language.
- Represent YourGuideToGreen in any capacity other than as an affiliate marketing associate.
8. Refunds
Refunds will be made via your agreement with the Google affiliate program.
