The Harmony™ mat is made of open cell, sustainably harvested natural rubber from well-cared for rubber trees and does not include the latex component from the tree. Harmony mats offer excellent traction, even when wet from perspiration. Thicker, denser and tougher than standard mats, the Harmony provides a solid, non-slip platform for sweaty practices like Ashtanga, Iyengar, Bikram, Power or any Vinyasa style yoga -- and for anyone who wants extra comfort.
